Q: How are the quality of your products?

A: Quality is important to us and we strive to balance cost and quality. While the quality of our products are not the same as the designer inspired versions. We stand by our manufacturers quality. In addition each pair sunglasses we ship out is meticulously inspected. With proper care and use our sunglasses will have no issues lasting for several years.

 

Q: Do you offer any Warranty?

A: Yes, we offer a limited one year warranty from the date of your purchase. Please email us if there are defects or issues with your sunglasses. Depending on the severity of the issue, we can offer to replacement your pair of sunglasses. Please note that free shipping and handling DO NOT apply to replacement sunglasses. There is a mandatory $10 Shipping and Handling Charge for replacements. Replacement sunglasses do not include the complementary case and pouch.  

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, unfortunately we do not currently sell our products outside of the lower continuous United States. For Canada shipping, please email us at bklynshades@gbeyewear.com
